Please pay attention to the address you enter when ordering. We can only fix a wrong address during the time the order is processing. This will be your responsibility to reach out to us so that we can fix your address. After the package have been shipped GLOSSY BOSS LLC will not be responsible for the wrong address you provided to us and will not be able to issue refunds.

If your package have been confirmed delivered via USPS and you have not received it, you will have to file a claim with USPS as GLOSSY BOSS LLC, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once you have filed a claim with USPS, the driver on your route will investigate to verify that it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address; which happens quite often.

If you move forward with filing a claim through PayPal, your tracking number is automatically uploaded; which will notate that your package was delivered. We will only make exceptions for packages that have been confirmed lost or stolen during transit. Unfortunately, no exceptions will be made for packages that have been confirmed "delivered" via USPS.
